  Was the first president of the Board of Trustees of the college. Also he was the president of Iraqi Society for Libraries and information through which the college was established.

  One of the conditions for establishing private colleges in Iraq is that they should be patronised by scientific societies, thus the request for establishing the college should be submitted to the
  Ministry of Higher education through that society.
